Good for rest, winter sun (more than 300 days a year), or for fun in summer vacations. One of the top white sand Beaches in Algarve and south west Europe. It is located in the centre of Natural Park Ria Formosa. The beautifull island of Armona has no car traffic. Must take the ferry (10 minutes) from Olhao. Regional specialties at close restaurants: best fish and sea food, regional cheese, red, green and sweet wines.
